We are seeking a motivated Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our passionate and skilled team. This new role will strengthen the current service model along with working alongside the Palliative Care Physician to provide high level specialised clinical care, support specialist and generalist palliative care physicians; providing advanced clinical support and leadership through evidence-based practice and professional development. The role will utilise a holistic care approach that is about treating the whole patient and family to support the development and maintaining of a high quality care environment and promote and participate in quality improvement activities and initiatives.
