You are invited to complete a short 10–15-minute research survey conducted by Professor Good and the Palliative Care Research team at Mater Misericordiae Ltd (MML).

This survey explores palliative care health professionals’ attitudes towards referring patients to clinical trials including decentralised clinical trials and teletrials conducted at local or regional health facilities.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may decline or withdraw at any time prior to submission of the completed survey.

The survey is hosted securely on the Mater Portal. Metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps, and device information will not be collected. No identifiable personal data will be collected.
